League champs properly evaluate the talent; and looking at last year's stats isn't nearly enough. It's often about the weapons they gain - like Carson Palmer gaining all world WR Larry Fitzgerald
Matt Flynn: Traded from Seahawks to Raiders.
Finally gets a chance to start, but it is in Oakland. Not a lot to work with here, but is on the fantasy radar.
Carson Palmer: Traded from Raiders to Cardinals.
If healthy, numbers should remain the same, or improve slightly. Escaping the dysfunction of Oakland is always helpful. Pitch and catch with Fitzgerald certainly cannot hurt.
Kevin Kolb: Cardinals to Bills.
Will start. Consistently mediocre, and should continue to be so.
Alex Smith: Traded from 49ers to Chiefs.
Will start again after losing gig in San Francisco to Kaepernick. Should be efficient, but statistically adequate at best. Does have a few weapons at his disposal though.
Matt Cassel: Chiefs to Vikings.
No longer a starter. Will caddy for Christian Ponder, although Ponder is far from a sure thing.
Chase Daniel: Saints to Chiefs.
Former Drew Brees apprentice now backing up Alex Smith.
Brady Quinn: Chiefs to Seahawks.
Backing up Russell Wilson.
Ryan Fitzpatrick: Bills to Titans.
After starting in Buffalo, will now back up Jake Locker.
Matt Hasselbeck: Titans to Colts.
Backing up Andrew Luck. Has very little chance of seeing the field.
Drew Stanton: Lions to Cardinals.
Backing up Carson Palmer.
Colt McCoy: Traded from Browns to 49ers.
Backing up Colin Kaepernick. Is now even further away from starting again.
Jason Campbell: Bears to Browns.
Backing up Brandon Weeden. If Weeden flops, could see some time.
