Who's out there that you should try and acquire via trade? James Lucas has the answers.
Here we are, at the point in the season where we are getting into bye weeks, and we are starting to see what our team is made of. Here are a couple of guys that could push you into being a power house team later in the season, as they are getting ready to heat up.
Roddy White: Time is now, owners have had enough, and their teams are probably suffering. They are ready to make a change and it’s time for you to nudge them into that. White’s value did manage to increase with the news that Jones may be done for the season (this is TBD). But now is the time to make an offer for White and ship off a guy who has been producing moderately, but probably won’t continue the pace. Or as always, deal from a strength of position as we start to get through the bye weeks and you no longer need certain players.
Joique Bell: This is a really buy low. And speculative as we are all aware that he is not the starter. Bush has been playing well, but is getting dinged up here and there. And you don’t have to go too far out onto a limb to think at some point in the next few weeks Bush could get hurt. And Bell is an extremely serviceable fantasy running back when he gets time to himself.
Randall Cobb: The Packers are getting close to getting rolling on offense. Cobb seems to end up getting a TD or big play called back each game. And soon that trend is going to change. The Packers realize Cobb is an asset and a huge play maker. Just last week he took a handoff that he should have taken to the house and ran out of gas. He can blow by defenders, and the Packers are going to start finding a way to get Cobb into open space. And when they do, look out.
