Woody Del'Arnie was born and raised in one of the best sports towns in the world, Chicago. He is still waiting for his beloved Cubbies to stop being an embarrassment and has been playing fantasy football since Ryne Sandburg’s rookie year. He currently lives in Key West with his dog Payton, and still holds onto his beloved Bears amazing 85 season and would trade all six Bulls Championships for another Supper Shuffle. Old enough to remember seeing Savard and the Hawks for a day game and then hanging in the parking lot to later witness the changing of Rock N Roll as Van Halen opened for Black Sabbath at the raucous and now defunct Chicago Stadium.
He has road tripped to numerous NFL stadiums including all of the NFC North (old and new) and attended Super Bowl XLII when the Giants upset the Patriots. Cut from the same cloth as Ditka and Belushi; Woody brings his amusing, biting, sarcastic, a little ornery and cutting commentary to Dobber Sports Network with his weekly column The “Woodshed Narrative”.
